The penstemon that I started from seed last spring is finally blooming. The package said it would bloom the first year, but mine didn't, probably because we don't have a very long growing season here in Maine. It was worth the wait though, I love the colors and the fact that it stays green most of the winter. This is Cambridge Dwarf from the Plantation Products Seeds.
