great! just enough time
to make some enchiladas
chipotle, I think

I have noticed that some of my friends look at cooking differently than I do. That is okay, I enjoy it, and I don’t enjoy car races. One person’s chore is another’s pleasure. My husband and I love to try new recipes. Here is one we like, Enchiladas Chipotle.

very fun “perspective”

LOVE chipotle enchiladas – Yum!

Interesting to see what’s in your cupboard! I’m not much of a cook. In fact, probably would have gone for the popcorn (in the microwave) instead of the enchiladas (which would require some effort).

I enjoy cooking when I don’t have to – but after nearly 30 years of marriage, it can be a chore at times. I like your two different perspectives

I too grew up with tomatoes on the windowsill and everywhere else. Nothing speaks summer to me better than fresh home grown tomatoes. Maybe it is the mississippi girl in me. Lol. I am so glad to have found your blog.
