The top shot is looking out across Casco Bay. You can see lots of islands and Fort Gorges. The second shot is down in the harbor. My husband works in one of those buildings in the background. I am in town to celebrate my friends’ birthday at the floating restaurant (an old ferry) in the harbor. Later, we walked along the waterfront, and visited the Old Port, just up the hill. The last shot was taken there.  By the way, this is Portland, Maine.

The bottom photo reminds me of San Francisco. :)

sounds like a great day, such a pretty blue sky and I love the waterfront (couldn’t live without it I don’t think)

I’m travelling with my daughter on the coast right now–looking out toward the Isles of Shoals. Hazy, hot, humid & lovely. Your views look as lovely as what I am seeing. I love salt water–would have a hard time living away from it. Enjoy you day!
