I saw this plant in a rose garden in South Portland, Maine this morning. It looks like a wild rose, has no scent, and is really as bright as it looks. The garden, located in a park near the ocean was very nice, but none of the plants were labelled. Anyone familar with with this glowing red rose?

I was going to say Dortmund, too! It could also be a Dortmund cousin called Henry Kelsey, though, because HK repeats and Dortmund is not supposed to be a repeat bloomer.
