sunrise at six below January 28, 2007

Yesterday began clear and cold! I could tell the sunrise was going to be pretty, so bundled up, and went out to wait for this shot. This morning is much warmer, 17º, with snow flurries.
Oh boy — a new camera. I love those type of clouds with a sunrise. They are always beautiful.

I actually used my nikon coolpix for this shot, I didn’t want to take the new one out in the cold, and this one takes wider shots.

This is amazing! WOW! It has been soo cold recently and all I can say is brrr!! Worth getting up to take this shot though!
