Pam, from Nature Woman has picked me for a thinking blogger award. Thank you, Pam! I am so glad that my blog has introduced you to haiku, which is really all about nature, and we all know that is important in your life. The rest of what I write about is just plain fun.

Okay, so here are my choices- all are busy women who are doers, not just talkers.

1. Judy, at Painted Threads is a quilt artist. I look forward to checking her site to see what she is working on. It is always something spectacular.

2. Kate, at Kate Smudges in Earth, Paint and Life. She is an inspiring gardener, who also writes about her music and other artistic hobbies.

3. Meredith, at Edge Effect is another gardener who knows her stuff. She can also identify almost every plant and tree I can’t! I don’t think she knows this, but I have taken several ideas for my home from her beautiful photos.

4. Donna, at donnahughes-my expressions, is a wonderful photographer who captures beautiful shots wherever in the world she is. Her nature photos are outstanding, as well as her shots of distant places.

5. Nicole, at Pinch My Salt, is a military wife, living in Sicily, who is getting the most out of her time there. She is an excellent cook and photographer, and has built a really neat cooking blog. Don’t check this one out when you are hungry!
