While I was out walking in the early yesterday afternoon, I caught this shadow reflection on an old granite rock. Someone dumped a load of large rocks at the end of the old road going in to the woods long ago. As you can see, the rock pile is slowing getting buried by pine needles and other things, as the woods claims it. But I could see this striking shadow from quite a distance down the road. Something about it pleased me, and I had to capture it.
