So gorgeous — all fluffed up and that delicate color. I love your haiku as well. There isn’t much that is cheerier than a chickadee.

I was thinking of traveling to Maine for a week or so vacation — nine degrees? Burr!
Dont these birds simply inspire Haiku?
Beautifully done!

This photo just grips my heart! Wonderful positioning, Sandy and the words are a perfect compliment.

If this little bird can survive, so can we! That is a beautiful photo.

What a lovely little bird and so beautifully photographed. I don’t even know what it is. Some kind of tit obviously. But not one that lives in my part of the world.

I love the subtle colors in this photo. Chickadees are one of my favorite birds. :-)

awwwww….I love chickadees. They make me want to hug them! Charming photo, and of course a lovely haiku, too.

Chickadees (probably my favorite bird) are tough little creatures and very entertaining at the same time!

Nice photo and haiku, Sandy!
