Two degrees below zero this morning here. That is warm compared to the -26 Houlton (way up north in Maine) was this at the same time. I was delighted, a little later, to raise the shade and find these ferns and flowers growing on the glass.
Beautiful ice.
That is a great picture of the frost on the window!
That truly is a delight Sandy. Really a beautiful gift on this frigid morning. We had 4ºF here.
Beautiful photo.

Dang nab it, woman! That is GORGEOUS. Since you gave me permission I’m going to save it my favorite pictures file.
Thanks ladies! This lovely scene disappeared in less than ten minutes. Isn’t nature a dandy arist?
How pretty Sandy!!!!
That is one of the best things about winter – the colder it is, the more Jack Frost plays on our windows. I’ve had some of the best patterns emerge this year. It is my way of knowing what the weather is like.
I’m shocked at your temperature, but I love that photo – saw it on Flickr. A FAVORITE OF MINE.
