This morning was very windy, and even windier high up in the clouds. The clouds were twisted and twirled into beautiful shapes.

Late this afternoon, the wind had calmed and we had a sky full of these small clouds. I took this shot straight up, and captured the moon by chance.

Gee these photos are so pretty! Don’t you love it when you accidentally catch something you had no idea was there? I love the thought of the wind being windier up higher with the clouds.

30. Sandy's Notes - April 11, 2008

Hi, passing through by way of skywatch Friday. And also because my name is that same as yours. It’s fun to find someone with the same name, especially when they have some of the same interests. I love to garden also. I’m a New Englander, gardening in Connecticut. Went up to Maine last summer for vacation and fell head over heals in love with the coast. I look forward to seeing more of your blog.
