Beautiful! We drove to my parents’ home yesterday for a Father’s Day visit and saw the best selection of lupines I’ve seen in years — in every color of the rainbow. It must be a good spring for most plants.

Don’t you just think of them as majestic? I love this blue color. It’s my favorite.

I love this shot!!! We have lupines growing throughout the Nova Scotian countryside. They are so beautiful growing in masses.

What would Maine be without it’s colorful lupines in the spring? I love driving in the countryside and seeing them waving in the breeze.

I love lupines! I just wish they would bloom longer.

I adore Lupine. Now, you’ve inspired me to take a pic of my red one. This is so beautiful. I really liked your haiku too; I learned about a new book to read!

Lupines make a lovely subject to photograph, don’t they? This year I noticed mine turning toward the sun….something I’ve never noticed before. They looked like birds with long necks…quite comical.
This is a gorgeous photo Sandy.

The blue of these lupines is wonderful. Not a colour of lupine I see here often - something to definitely look forward to in your garden.
