The bees have been working hard this summer. Here are some of the shots of them I have taken around the garden so far this season. Both the speedwell and liatris are covered with bees. I have noticed a lot more bees and butterflies on the burgundy blanketflower than on the more common yellow one. The herbs are just beginning to bloom, so will have more photos in a day or two.
