Wonderful details! I think I like the white ones even better than the red. I once had a non-descript gray moth fluttering around in the living room. It came to rest on a lampshade, and as I went in to scoop it up to return to the outside, it deposited a tiny droplet of purple, the same color as the mulberries on the bush in the yard. I said, “I know what you’ve been eating!” Gave me a smile evey time I saw that tiny spot on the shade.
Oh, this is just lovely! I have a special affinity for butterflies as you may have noted on my blog. I am so glad I stopped by to see your wonderful photos! G
That is so very lovely. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen them in my garden. We usually get the large yellow swallowtails, but our blackberries are long gone.~~Dee
So delicate. I also wanted to let you know that I’m taking a short break from blogging. I have lots of creative stuff going on so for the moment it’s “blogging without obligation” time.
Oh, how lovely! How much of the blackberries do they manage to eat?
Between the bees, wasps, and butterflies, quite a lot!
The underside is more amazing than the top. Do they really eat at the fruit?
Wonderful photos!

I learn something new from you every day. I had no idea butterflies would eat blackberries. I thought they subsisted on nectar only. Beautiful shot!
I’ve got several around us and never knew what the name was. White admiral, how interesting.
